About Giulia
Giulia qualified as a midwife in Italy ten years ago and has spent the past eight years working as a midwife in London, including at University College London Hospital. Continuity of care has been at the heart of her practice, supporting women throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
She is passionate about supporting the physiology of pregnancy and birth and empowering women to feel informed, confident and actively involved in their care. Trained in biomechanics for birth, Giulia combines her understanding of movement, positioning and physiology with evidence-based, individualised care.
For Giulia, building a trusting relationship between a woman and her midwife is fundamental to providing safe and meaningful care. Through independent practice, she hopes to offer the time, consistency and personalised support that allow women to feel truly listened to, respected and supported throughout their journey.
Giulia is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and fully insured via the Royal College of Nursing.
